What we collect, and why
When you ask us to find someone: your first name, WhatsApp number, area, and what you need. We use them to introduce you to someone suitable.
When you recommend someone: your first name, WhatsApp number and area; the first name and service of the person you recommend, the languages they speak, how long they have worked for you, whether you would rebook them and your reason; and their phone number, only if you confirm they are happy for us to contact them.
When you tell us about yourself as a provider: your first name, service, area, the languages you speak and WhatsApp number and, if you give them, the first name and phone number of a customer who could recommend you. We use that number only to check the reference, and only if you confirm they are happy for us to contact them.
If your link carried a community reference, we note which community you came from. It says nothing about you personally.
If someone recommended you
We received your first name, your service and, where the person confirmed you agreed, your phone number, from one of your customers. We tell you who when we first contact you. If you would rather not be recommended, tell us and we remove your details.
Who else handles these details
Our email delivery, website hosting and mailbox providers, and WhatsApp when you message us. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep them
We keep them for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them, by writing to hello@nesty.one. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live: the AEPD in Spain, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands, or the ICO in the United Kingdom.
